Does Insured Contracting also handle repairs not caused by storms?
Answer: Absolutely. In fact, our specialty is in traditional exterior home repair caused by normal wear and tear.
Will storm damage repairs increase my insurance rates?
Answer: No. This is what's called an "act of God", meaning the damage could not have been avoided. Rates in the area you live in could go up, but you won't be singled out as an individual.
How do I know if my home sustained damage from a storm?
Answer: Most homeowners don't realize they have storm damage until it's too late and the damage causes even bigger problems. It's important to contact a licensed and trusted repair specialist, which is free of charge through Insured Contracting. Following the inspection, you will know how much damage (if any) your home has.
Do hail-proof roofs exist?
Answer: No. Not even roofs can sustain the impact of hail. There are however, precautionary steps you can take to ensure you have a roof that offers maximum protection from harsh weather conditions.
Will I have to deal with my insurance company if repairs are needed for my home?
Answer: Yes, but Insured Contracting will handle 90% of this process. All you need to do is report the claim and then we'll handle the remaining stages of the repair from start to project completion.
All of this seems too good to be true, is it?
Answer: No need to worry. As long as we are in contact with your insurance company following your initial conversation when the claim was reported, and we get the claim approved, then we will proceed to make the necessary repairs to ensure your home is restored to its original condition.
